Unrooted issue with OTA update

Hi there,

I had a quick question on my issue.
I found my appropriate file to flash and loaded it in the twrp-backup folder and flashed. Then used the hassoon2000 program to close the bootloader. I was already S-on. Checked and the bootloader says relocked in red. Rebooted and started up. Everything works great. I'm with Rogers and emmidiately it says an update is available. After I download it asks if I want to flash. It unzips and reboots to the bootloader. What is the next step? I'm also wondering why I'm in the bootloader. Shouldn't it just reboot and finish the upgrade?
I'm convinced there's an issue.
Is there something I should change.
I'm lost. Any help would be appreciated.

Android Nougat (final preview) factory reset => M?

So I just got Nexus 5x and signed up for the Android N Developer Preview Program. It upgraded my 5x to Nougat Preview 5 OTA. I'm wondering if I do a factory reset, would it bring my phone back to the old marshmallow ROM? Thanks!

Rooting AT&T Samsung Galaxy s7 edge (snapdragon 820)

Hey everyone,

My main goal of this is to figure out how to root my s7 edge (snapdragon 820 variant).

First of all, this is my first time ever making a post on a thread/forum.

Also, I have just recently made the switch from my Apple Iphone to a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge.

With that being said, I've had an iphone since the iphone 4 and I have been jailbroken ever since.

I am aware that there is no official "root" available to the US snapdragon variant of the s7 edge but I know that it has been done but I have never done this before so I do not want to mess up my brand new phone.

Is there a way to ensure that all of my firmware/software/security settings are available to be rooted?

How To Restore Everything Using Fastboot?

Hi.

I got into problem after flashing the Beta 7.0. I need to restore my phone using fastboot since the eRecovery that I got gave me only 3 options: update, reboot, shutdown.

I have tried flashing the system.img, boot.img and recovery (both stock and TWRP). During flashing everything looked OK without any error but I still get this when booted:

"Your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted - your device is booting now..." and it just stucked there.

Logicom phone help please

I have my Logiom L-ement 550
it goes crazy like gapps process stopped i cudn't stop cause there is no services google to clear it data ( Known fix )
i want to flash it so i need cwm , twrp , flash firmware , and the software i wud use for that
