Hi. My Galaxy S6 (SM-G920F) got an OTA firmware update to G920FXXU3DPDP the other day, since when it constantly freezes or reboots within a few minutes of booting up. This even happens if I boot into safe mode.
The handset is running the stock ROM, not modded in any way.
Before I take it to the local Samsung Support Centre, could I ask:
1. Is anyone else having the same problems? I'm not finding much when searching the web.
2. Is there a way of downgrading the firmware without having to reset (and then re-setup from scratch) the handset? I've got a copy of the previous firmware (G920FXXU3DPBG) from sammobile.
Cheers.
