I am unable to unlock the Bootloader of my XOLO A600

Guys I really need all your help on this one.
I am having a Xolo A600 with MT6572 chipset and 512 MB RAM and it randomly stopped charging, so I gave my phone to the repair guy and although he fixed the charging issue by replacing the charging connector, but after that my phone became useless.
Whenever I try to power up my device it flashes XOLO logo on screen and after that it boots up normally, but then whenever I try to touch any icons on screen it randomly reboots, even touching the capacitive touch button does the same thing.
At first I thought that my display may be the culprit and so I tried touching screen in the test mode and nothing happened, then I realized that its the software fault so I tried reflashing the whole device using SP flashing tool and then too I wasn't sure that I got successful or not coz that restarting issue was still there.
Then I tried to unlock the bootloader of my device from the fastboot mode and all it is showing me is just 3 dots in the very next line of fastboot oem unlock.
I don't think that the developer options and debugging mode was enabled on enabled on my device and maybe that's the issue i don't know.
All I want is my device back from dead and that's it.
I am tired of each and everything and I just want to install a custom recovery on my device so that I can install a custom rom on it, or in my case stock ROM will also work.

Thanks in advance...
