i realy need help because i got this phone yesterday i realy dont want to lose it :crying:
ok so i had lg g2 sprint but in the model it says lg d802 but i didnt knew till it was too late
i wanted to upgrade it to android 5 since it was 4.4
i used lg support tool which updated the software like it was shown as 802D
so after the update i got 3 main issues :
1- imei null
2- from time to time phone getting rebooted
3- some touch issues

but im new to lg phones and i dont have any experience about flashing them so i want your suggestions about what firmware should i use and could that save my imei because my bigest nightmare is the lose of imei because when i checked the phone inside i didnt found anything about the imei number so please give your opinions i dont want to rush to end up with crashed phone
sorry for my bad english and im intending to explain the solutions in arabic for some other people mainly in my country because we have many people bought this phones and got fall in teh firmware trap :(
