few days ago my Lumia 535 (working on latest WP 8.1) started to behave very strange. Gallery and many other apps will not open, when I try to open any app it will only reload current screen (e.g. menu or home), after connecting phone to PC with Windows 7 Pro it will only show that folder is empty:
Here I can see that there are files (photos and movies) on internal memory:
but when I open this folder:
I tried to update to Windows 10 on Lumia (update is available) but after downloading all files there is error about low memory on phone.. Lumia Software Recovery Tool also did not do anything.
Is there any way to recover photos and movies from my device?
