tried installing twrp from twrp manager app now my phone is not turning on. help!

tried installing twrp from twrp manager app from play store now my phone is not turning on.
i cant go in download mode or rooting mode. If i connect it to my laptop through usb it is connecting but nothing is coming up on my screen .Please help!
