Help please!!!

I have been trying to fix my phone and right now I have cm12.1 on it but when I try to use the mobile q program it don't work and when I plug in my phone the alcatel one touch screen pops up instead of staying off. Can someone please help me. I have twrp on it and I just want to get back to stock. I think last night I deleted the os of stock or whatever it was. Also I cant get my drivers to install either so I can use the mobile q program... Please someone help me
