As the launch event for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 draws ever closer, leaks are starting to appear with more frequency. We already know a lot about its souped-up S Pen, including the ability to take photos and control your music. That's not all though, as you can create your own shortcuts, use it as a camera shutter, and more. Now we have even more information about the Note 9. This time we're simply seeing the device in two colors: Lilac Purple and Coral Blue. These images are thanks to two separate leaks by both Nieuwe Mobiel and MySmartPrice. We already knew a blue variant was probably on the horizon, but this is our first good look at the Purple model.
Admittedly, we've already seen quite a lot of the device by now, so this doesn't confirm a huge amount more. These are official renders, however, which is the closest you'll ever get to see the device without having it in person. Interestingly, both renders show the date to be Friday, August 24th. This corroborates earlier reports which suggested that same date as a launch date (along with the Samsung Galaxy Watch).
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is set to be the company's best device yet. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 in the US and an Exynos 9810 internationally, just like the Samsung Galaxy S9. It will feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display, likely QHD+, at an aspect ratio of 18:9. It may feature ISOCELL Plus technology to take better photos as well. We also know that the battery will range somewhere between 3,850mAh and 4,000mAh. Couple that with the new and improved Bluetooth S Pen and you've got yourself a feature-packed smartphone. The Samsung Wireless Charger Duo will charge both the Note 9 and the S Pen at the same time too, so you don't need to worry about charging them separately.
